A lovely modern kitchen/dining area fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and glassware. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The cosy lounge has 2 sofas, coffee table, colour TV, DVD, and a radio/CD player.
Our downstairs twin bedded room
There is a downstairs bedroom with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. We also have a downstairs shower room/wc with unassisted Category 1 disabled access.

Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe.

There is also another shower room with WC upstairs.

Category 1 Disabled Access

The entire downstairs of the cottage is completely suitable for unassisted wheelchair access. Entry is by a low gradient ramp from the car park, immediately adjacent to the cottage. There is also a level entry shower equipped with grip bars and the wc is of the recommended height to enable safe transfer.

All adaptions for disabled visitors are subtle and unobtrusive.

The cottage offers visitors with disabilities a safe and convenient environment in which to base their holiday.
